Dyersburg, Tennessee
August 12, 2010 - Browning Companies has received the approval of the Dyersburg Regional Planning Commission to secure a Chick-fil-A restaurant as part of Dyersburg Square. Projected opening is Spring of 2011.
Hermitage, Tennessee
August 10, 2010 - Back Yard Burger is coming to the north retail center in Hermitage Commons. Expected opening is first quarter of 2011.
Nashville, Tennessee
July 1, 2010 - Browning Companies has been selected by the property owners as the developer and broker for a 100 acre tract located at the northeast quadrant of I-24 and Highway 49. Initial conceptual plans are underway.
Gallatin & Mt. Juliet, Tennessee
June 15, 2010 - The local office of Marcus & Millichap and Browning Companies have joined forces to market a 35 acre tract of vacant land in Mt. Juliet and a 25 acre tract of land in Gallatin. The Mt. Juliet parcel is located off of North Mt. Juliet Road and Pleasant Grove Road across from Paddock's Place near WalMart Supercenter and Lowe's Home Improvement. The Gallatin tract is at the intersection of Greenlea and Harris Lane near the Vietnam Veteran's Bypass and Vol State Community College.
Hermitage, Tennessee
June 7, 2010 - Construction has commenced on the new 10,750 square foot retail center in Hermitage Commons on Old Hickory Blvd. in Hermitage, Tennessee. Tenancy includes Urgent Care, Qdoba Mexican Grille, Firehouse Subs, and Papa Murphy's Pizza. Most businesses should open prior to the end of this year.
Clarksville, Tennessee
May 25, 2010 - Plans are underway for The Preserve at Spring Creek, a new 100,000 square foot retail center with numerous outparcels. A free standing 6,200 SF Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant will become the first entry into the project located on South Hampton adjacent to Starbuck's Coffee. The project is a joint venture between Browning Companies and Eakin Partners. Anticipated completion date is Spring of 2012. Buffalo Wild Wings is expected to open Spring of 2011.

April 15, 2010 - A new Burger King restaurant opened in Hermitage Commons on April 15th. This is the latest of continued openings at Hermitage Commons, a 20 acre mixed use development located on Old Hickory Blvd. in Hermitage, Tennessee. Other development tenants include Buffalo Wild Wings, Regions Bank, Jet's Pizza, Dunkin Donuts, Baskin Robbins, Variety Jewelers, Nail Salon and Anytime Fitness.
